The Creative Arts are an essential part of school life at St Andrews Green Valley. Learning about and through art is paramount to the development of the whole child, promoting creativity, critical thinking, communication and social skills. Whether embedded through our Primary Years Programme (PYP) or our extra curricular activities, creativity through the arts takes many forms in Primary.
Through our creative curriculum, our students are able to access a range of artistic opportunities. Whether it be through dramatic performance, music, dance, visual art or digital art, we captivate and engage students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to experiment and invent their own works of art, using a variety of media and technologies. In doing so, our learners creatively explore their ideas using the Arts as a creative outlet to express their ideas, emotions and identity.
As an international school, with over 35 different nationalities, Green Valley students not only value, but actively explore the variety of arts and cultures represented within their learning community through annual celebrations.
