Each child in Early Years is celebrated as an individual. Their needs are identified by the expert teaching staff, and help, support and appropriate challenge is given on a 1:1 basis. We pride ourselves on helping children to reach their full potential and having high expectations of the children so that they can succeed.
We are proud of our small class sizes, where teachers are able to get to know the children individually and are therefore able to provide personalised learning and support. In each Early Years class, the children are supported by at least one qualified teacher and one teaching assistant.
For children whose second language is English, we are able to nurture and develop an understanding of the language through each lesson and activity. Through songs, stories and regular interaction with the teachers and children, we find that children will pick up an understanding of English very quickly.
